A record of governing complex public-sector technology programs — on scope, on schedule, on mission.
City of Camarillo
Serving as project manager for the City's Citywide Digitization & Transparency program — a multi-year initiative to scan, index, and digitize onsite and offsite records into a Laserfiche content management system. Coordinating scanning vendors, departmental requirements, staff training, and quality assurance across a phased roadmap, while managing project risk, budget performance, and a cross-functional steering committee. The program is conserving staff time, reducing physical-storage burden, and broadening public access to City records.
University System
Partnered with Huron Consulting Group on a system-wide software application assessment spanning every campus and the system offices of a multi-campus public university system. Built and categorized a comprehensive enterprise application inventory, mapped applications to a recognized higher-education service model, and analyzed institution-wide technology spend across procurement and expense data. The work surfaced cost-saving and consolidation opportunities, clarified data and security risks, and gave leadership a foundation to standardize procurement and contract-management practices.
City of San Luis Obispo
Served as project manager for the Information Technology Department, providing strategic governance across eight projects within the Oracle Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) program. Led EnerGov land-management system enhancements and updates, coordinating stakeholders across departments to keep a complex, multi-workstream portfolio aligned to schedule and scope. Strengthened the project governance and reporting practices the City carried forward.
City of Burbank
Served as senior technology consultant and project manager for the Information Technology Department, leading four concurrent initiatives: Parks & Recreation registration software, a website redesign with Mobile 311, a ProjectDox upgrade, and modernization of the employment recruitment process. Balanced vendor coordination, departmental stakeholders, and delivery timelines to bring resident-facing digital services online faster.
City of Ventura
Served as senior project manager for enterprise technology projects, directing four large-scale implementations: a Land Management (EnerGov) upgrade, a public-safety CAD/RMS implementation, a content management system, and a banking and merchant-services transition. Managed cross-departmental dependencies and vendor delivery across mission-critical systems spanning permitting, public safety, and finance.
We don't hand over a deck. We stand alongside your team until the outcome lands.
We question the default path. The right answer for a city or a campus is rarely the off-the-shelf one — so we bring fresh framing to problems others treat as fixed.
Ideas only matter if they ship. We translate strategy into governance, milestones, and working systems your staff can actually run — within real budgets and timelines.
Impact on constituents is the only scorecard that counts. We measure success by outcomes for the people our clients serve — not hours billed.
Certified, registered, ready to contract.
